On behalf of the National Abortion Federation (NAF) and its members, I write to urge you to remove the "Nuremberg Files" website from your server immediately. Such action is likely to save lives and prevent acts of violence against abortion providers.

*  For the over two years since The Nuremberg Files became a subject of international publicity and unprecedented vilification by abortionists and their blood soaked lackeys, not one abortionist (whether listed on The Nuremberg Files or not) has been assassinated anywhere in North America.  As the Abortionist who wrote this letter says later in the letter, prior to the time when The Nuremberg Files became a subject of false vilification, several deaths and shootings had occurred.  Given this track record, a logically impeccable argument can be made that the safest thing that can happen to an abortionist is to get listed on The Nuremberg Files.

NAF is the professional association of abortion providers in the United States and Canada. Our members include over 375 nonprofit and private clinics, women's health centers, Planned Parenthood facilities, and private physicians' offices. Together these members provide over half of the abortions performed annually in the United States.

*  To see the level of depravity these people have sunk to, notice that they BRAG about providing "over half of the abortions performed annually in the United States."  It makes this letter sound like one of Adolf Eichmann's reports to Adolf Hitler about the success of the "final solution" at Auschwitz.  The most chilling part of the letter is it makes you sense how utterly devoid of personal sense of evil Adolf Eichmann would have been as he went about carrying out his "service" to the German people.

The Nuremberg Files is a list that targets doctors, clinic employees, judges, politicians, and law enforcement officials for violence and that we believe only can be understood as encouraging such violence. Physicians who have been murdered are listed on the site with lines drawn through their names; those who have been injured are listed in gray. Indeed, the site also goes so far as to list family members, including children, of abortion providers. Since 1991, there have been seven murders and 17 attempted murders of such providers in the United States and Canada. In addition, since NAF began keeping statistics in 1977, there have been 40 bombings, 163 arsons, and over 800 incidents of vandalism at health care facilities that provide abortion care.

*  Once again, the hysterical Abortionist, like a programmed robot, keeps saying the same things over and over, totally ignoring the fact that no doctor listed on The Nuremberg Files has been killed after being listed on this Web site.  Once again, it proves conclusively that if you have access to the mass media, and keep saying the same lie over and over again, and make yourself sound totally sincere, millions of ignorant people will end up believing your lie.

In 1999, a federal district court in Oregon found that the Nuremberg Files website contained threats of violence against abortion providers that violated the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act of 1994, 18 U.S.C. § 248, and were not constitutionally protected. Moreover, the presiding federal judge found that Neal Horsley, the site's designer, had conspired to obstruct justice by destroying or assisting in concealing the hard copy versions of the Nuremberg Files, in defiance of a subpoena. Enclosed is a copy of an injunction issued in the case.

*  The preceding paragraph is totally false and bizarre as well.  It is false because there was never a subpoena issued requiring Neal Horsley to provide the "hard copy versions of the Nuremberg Files."  It is bizarre because all one had to do to obtain the "hard copy of the Nuremberg Files" was hit the "Print" command on their web browser and their printer would have spit out a "hard copy of the Nuremberg Files."

As you may know, Neal Horsley has posted the Nuremberg Files website on the Internet through many different service providers. After being made aware of the site's contents, each provider that has hosted the Nuremberg Files has removed it. Federal law makes clear that no ISP may be held liable for any action it takes "to restrict access to or availability of material that" it considers to be "harassing" or "otherwise objectionable," whether or not such material is constitutionally protected. 47 U.S.C. § 230(c)(2). Indeed, a Georgia court has already held, on the basis of this statute, that Mindspring and Earthlink could not be held liable for choosing to discontinue its provision of the Nuremberg Files after learning of the site's content.

* Note that last paragraph well.  It is the only paragraph in the letter that contains factually accurate information.  All it has taken to effectively censor Neal Horsley was for the powerful baby butcher organizations like NAF and Planned Parenthood and NOW to marshal a barrage of false letters like the one you read here.  But even more sinister, in addition to this Internet campaign to silence political dissent and political resistance to baby butchery, the abortionists have, in fact, begun to create a series of legal precedents that literally turn the First Amendment protections of freedom of speech upside down in this nation.

We urge you to join the numerous other ISPs who have removed this site, which contains threats not protected by constitutional free speech guarantees, and which may be in violation of state and federal law.

*  Note that carefully placed "may be in violation of state and federal law".  It is exceedingly strange that Neal Horsley has never been prosecuted, don't you think?  You want to know why he has never been prosecuted?  No one has ever accused Neal Horsley of publishing false information, that's why.  Prior to this generation, to claim that one was publishing the truth was a powerful defense against any attempt to silence a publisher.  For it to be a crime to do what Neal Horsley does, it would have to become a crime to publish factually verifiable information to the American people.  So far, the abortion industry has not succeeded in their attempt to outlaw factually accurate information in this nation.  But it is clear that unless people help Neal Horsley resist the evil and insanity that lies at the root of the abortion industry, it will just be a matter of time before freedom of the Press is destroyed in this nation and the American people will only hear and read what the baby butchers and other children of satan want them to hear.
