RESPECTFULLY BURNING OLD GLORY
"The flag, when it is in such condition that it is no longer a fitting emblem for display, should be destroyed in a dignified way, preferably by burning." USC, Title 36, Chapter 10
On September 3, 2005--the second anniversary of the
execution of the Reverend Paul Hill--at the abortion butchertorium in Pensacola,
Florida where Paul Hill attempted to return the law in this nation to its
rightful foundation by executing an abortionist and his armed bodyguard, The
Creator's Rights Party will conduct a solemn American flag burning
ceremony. This event will be the first of a series of flag burning
ceremonies that will be carried out at places like the Supreme Court
building and State capitals all across this land. Every citizen of the
United States of America is invited to attend.
WHY BURN AN AMERICAN FLAG, AND WHY THEN AND THERE?
Old Glory should be burned for two reasons that when taken together provide both a sign and a warning to the American people: 1. burning the American flag provides an accurate sign pointing to the revolution that has destroyed the true government of the United States of America; and 2. burning the American flag provides a warning of the terrible destruction by fire that awaits this nation unless the people repent and restore the true government of the United States of America.
BURNING THE FLAG IS DECENT AND IN ORDER
As the following evidence proves, under certain circumstances it is not only appropriate to respectfully burn the United States flag, but mandatory.
United States Code, Title 36, Chapter 10, Paragraphs 170-178
The United States Code is the official compilation of the Federal laws of a general and permanent nature that are currently in force. The Federal Statute that defines how the American Flag is to be treated is found in United States Code, Title 36, Chapter 10, Paragraphs 170-178.
The Federal Government has a website at http://www.access.gpo.gov/uscode that is the place where the official explanation of the US Code can be found.
Title 4, Chapter 1, Section 8 is entitled "Respect
for flag." Critical portions of that section follow: "No disrespect should
be shown to the flag of the United States of America...The flag represents a
living country and is itself considered a living thing...The flag, when it is in such condition that it is no longer
a fitting emblem for display, should be destroyed in a dignified way, preferably
by burning. [emphasis mine]."
WHY THE AMERICAN FLAG IS "NO LONGER A FITTING EMBLEM FOR DISPLAY"
Reread the paragraph above and you will see that the flag of the United States of America "represents a living country and is itself considered a living thing."
The flag of the United States of America should now be respectfully burned because the country that flag was supposed to stand for has been destroyed. It is dead: a revolution has destroyed it.
A revolution occurs when a government long following one form is changed into a new form that is a direct contradiction, or the opposite, of the old form. When one form of government is replaced by another form of government that is the opposite of the old, revolution is the only name in the English language that accurately describes that event.
A Revolution has occurred in the United States of America that destroyed the foundation of the government laid by the Founding Fathers of this nation. It is virtually impossible to specify with total accuracy exactly when the Revolution occurred because it came not with the roar and the horror of war but with the slow acid dripping erosion of ignorance instilled in generation after generation and most of us were totally oblivious to it.
We have had a difficult time seeing that a revolution has occurred in the United States of America because the revolution occurred without altering the structure of government at all. Outwardly everything looked exactly the same as always. The governmental structure was simply moved lock, stock and barrel from its old foundation to a new, diametrically opposite foundation.
If a building were to be erected upon a foundation of stone, then after completion that same building were to be moved to another location and set down on Jell-o, it would be a different building even if nothing had been changed in the structure of the building. But this fact might not be evident until a person stepped back and watched the building slowly slip from sight into the jello. This is exactly what has happened in the United States of America. A revolution has occurred that left intact the outward form of the government but moved the building itself to an entirely different foundation than the one upon which the building originally rested.
It is now time to see that revolution and to understand the consequences that will occur unless we the people counter the revolution and return this nation to the only foundation for this nation that is sanctioned by Almighty God. Burning the flag that stands for this nation will help people see the revolution that destroyed the United States of America.
How was the United States of America destroyed?
THE USA WAS DESTROYED WHEN THE TRUTH THE FOUNDERS FOUGHT AND DIED FOR WAS REPLACED BY A LIE

Our nation was created by the Founders as a social contract: An agreement about the Truth and rightful purpose of human government. The Declaration of Independence makes it clear that the founders pledged their "lives, their fortunes and their sacred honor" to fight to the death to defend nothing more and nothing less than the "self-evident truths" defined in the Declaration of Independence. The Founders desired that all citizens know and embrace these truths of government.
At the core of the truth about government was the role of The Creator in this nation. God Almighty, The Creator, sanctioned the Truths defined in the Declaration of Independence when He allowed the Founders to prevail in warfare--God's Court of Last Resort--warfare aptly named the American Revolution.
All the authority of the American government resulted from the sanction The Creator provided to the Founders and the "self-evident truths" they erected their government upon. All the duly constituted authority of the American government resulted from the accuracy of this definition of the Truth about government. Our national self-image was defined by this Truth. This Truth became the American Distinctive. And the flag of the United States of American represented that definition of Truth.
However, the vast majority of the American people no longer understand or defend the truths that were self-evident to the generations of Americans who preceded them, the generations of Americans who were willing to pay the price in blood and treasure required to defend this nation and the flag that symbolized it.
We the people of the United States of America have forgotten these principles and have stood by as the Truth was destroyed that uniquely defined the government of the United States of America and made it distinct from all the governments that have ever existed on the face of the earth.
It is likely that the destruction of the government created by the Founders of this nation provides one of the clearest examples of what revolution looks like on this planet, but only a small minority of people in this nation can see the revolution that has destroyed the true government of the USA.
It is right there in front of us if we will open our eyes and look! The present impostor federal government has attempted to exile The Creator who was defined by the Founders to be the source of all the Rights endowed to all men. Through creating a doctrine of "neutrality" on matters concerning The Creator, the federal government has become the spokesman, not for The Creator the Founders fought and died for, but for a new god, one that allows everyone to believe anything they want to believe about God. According to the present revolutionary regime occupying the federal government, as long as people do exactly what the federal government tells them to do, they can believe anything they want to believe about God.
Such an action usurped the authority of The Creator, brought the American government out from under God, and raised the federal government to the highest seat of power in this land, raised it on the back of a lie that says the government of the USA is supposed to be "neutral" on matters concerning the will of God.
But that lie has caused The Creator to become a refugee from the United States of America.
When the present federal government forced The Creator to become a refugee from this nation, the nation created by the founders of this nation was destroyed literally and in fact. The nation that was founded to defend The Creator and the Rights The Creator endowed to all men was destroyed, the revolution was complete.
But it was not only the nation that was destroyed in the revolution, the American flag was destroyed as well. The flag, the living thing that was created to stand for the nation founded in 1776, was desecrated and defiled in full and in fact. How was it desecrated and defiled? To take that which once stood under God, The Creator, and then place it under creatures like us, creatures made out of nothing more than dirt and hot air, is desecration of the highest order, desecration that is idolatry exactly equivalent to claiming that the One, True God can be contained in images made to look like men.
The only fit response to such defilement is to destroy the flag "in a dignified way, preferably by burning." In this way a sign of the revolutionary destruction of the government of the USA will be raised for all to see.
BURNING THE FLAG IS A WARNING ABOUT THE COMING DESTRUCTION BY FIRE OF THE USA UNLESS THE TRUTH OF GOVERNMENT IS RESTORED
The burning of the flag not only reminds people of the destruction that has occurred to the government of the United States of America, the burning of the flag also reminds the American people of what The Creator, The Creator who is a consuming fire, does to people who presume to rebel against Him.
The site where the Reverend Paul Hill executed an abortionist and his bodyguard is a most appropriate place to conduct the first Flag Warning Ceremony because Paul Hill's actions were a clear warning from God about the wrath that would befall the people of this land unless the law of God was reestablished here.
Paul Hill told everyone who would listen that he was bringing death to lawbreakers who killed unborn babies because God Almighty had called him to do it. But Paul Hill did not kill only to stop one abortionist on one particular day--although that was clearly one of his goals.. Paul Hill brought death to the abortionist and his bodyguard not only to stop unborn babies from being killed by them that day but also to warn every other abortionist in the United States of America that death was stalking them as well.

When The Creator's Rights Party approached the Reverend Paul Hill and asked him to join the party (this happened months before he carried out the death warrant he said he had received from God against the abortionists) Reverend Hill told us that he did not believe people would support the agenda of The Creator's Rights party until the "rivers of this land run red with blood."
Since Paul Hill did not believe the people would support The Creator's Rights party until vast amounts of blood was shed, he believed he was obligated to show abortionists and the American people what the blood he was talking about looked like. So he blasted the abortionist and his bodyguard with a 12 guage shotgun loaded with double ought buckshot. And he truly revealed blood.
There is a scene in the recent movie "The War of the Worlds" where the star is standing by a river and then suddenly, around the bend, shapes can be seen on the slowly moving water. As the shapes approach, it becomes clear that they are bodies, hundreds of bodies, a river of bodies. The rivers of America were running red with blood.
Paul Hill saw that day coming because of the wrath of God that was to be revealed against this land.
But to date none of us have seen the rivers of blood Reverend Paul Hill saw coming toward this land. But we have had a chance to glimpse it.
The Creator's Rights party wants to avoid seeing the day come when the rivers of this nation will run red with blood. To avoid that day, this nation must be warned that we the people must counteract the revolution that has caused God to raise up men like the Reverend Paul Hill, men who believe themselves to be obligated under God to bring fire upon the lawbreakers in this land.
That is why we have chosen to bring attention to Paul Hill.
It is easy to misunderstand why The Creator's Rights party has chosen Reverend Paul Hill as the symbol for the wrath of God that is to be released against this nation unless it repents. In fact, many who claim to admire Paul Hill have decided to attack The Creator's Rights party because we believe Paul Hill is a symbol and a warning about the wrath of God that deserves to be spotlighted.
And perhaps a case could be made that we are misusing the memory of Paul Hill if his action had been an isolated event and the firepower Paul Hill released at the abortion butchertorium in Pensacola had stopped there. But it did not stop there. Paul Hill was a harbinger and a forerunner of the wrath of God that has been growing ever since he released fire on the abortion clinic. Following in Paul Hill's footsteps, other men began to reveal the firepower of God. Jim Kopp began a series of shootings that culminated in the maiming of several abortionists and the death of one. Others who hated the fact that the least of God's chldren were being legally butchered in this nation, men like Eric Rudolph, began to unleash bombs that did not discriminate between abortionists and the rank and file of American citizens. Through their actions it was easy to see the wrath of God that was growing against the people in this land. Then, when it appeared that home grown American warriors like Eric Rudolph had lost the will to continue the blood warnings to America, others came from across the seas in the name of God, others who had no compunction against killing thousands of men, women and children with fire that hurtled out of the sky and crashed into the symbols of American wealth and power.
What has all this got to do with our solemnly burning the American flag?
We are called to tell everyone in this nation that the things we have seen are only a small burning twig in the firestorm that will sweep this nation unless we return The Creator to His rightful place over the American flag and the nation it stands for.
Everyone in America would like to believe we can escape from the fires of God's destruction. But The Creator's Rights party knows that it is a vain delusion to believe God would destroy Sodom and Gomorrah yet allow the decadent godless regime that calls itself the federal government of the United States of America to avoid fire and brimstone. Unless the revolution that has destroyed God's plan for government in this nation is rolled back into the devil's cave from which it came, much fire is coming to this land.
When The Creator's Rights Party solemnely burns Old Glory outside the abortion butchertorium on September 3, 2005, that will be the message we send to this nation.
WHY WE NEED YOUR HELP
Rumors of this upcoming Solemn Flag Burning Ceremony have been circulating for weeks. When it became apparent that we will not stop, people began to warn us that we would be attacked, that we might have to suffer death. These threats came not only from the usual suspects, the baby butcherers and their supporters, but threats came as well from people who called themselves Christians, people who claimed to want to abolish legalized abortion. All of them joined together to plot and fulminate against the members of The Creator's Rights party and the solemn warning we were bringing to this nation.
But not a word of this event has been mentioned in the news media, either in Florida or the rest of the nation.
Since the owners of the national news media are leading revolutionaries behind the destruction of the government of the USA, the news media can be expected to pretend we are not sending the sign and the warning in hopes that we will simply fade away. If the news media does report on our warning, it will likely be only after we have been attacked and possibly killed.
But it does not have to be that way. The one thing that can prevent us from being ignored is you. If enough people will hear this warning before the event begins, and will join with us outside the abortion butchertorium on that day, then the news media will be forced to send our message of warning out to the people of this nation.
Do you want this nation to survive? Or do you want the wrath of God to fall on this land until the rivers of this land run red with blood? Do you want to defend The Creator's Rights? Or do you want to perpetuate the revolution that has destroyed the rightful and duly constituted government of the United States of America? Your action in response to this appeal will reveal exactly who you are and what you really want, no matter what words you mouth.
