Introduction Thirty years of failure as millions of little babies are legally butchered in the USA: that’s the context everything contained in this article is responding to. Over and over the litany of failure has been the same. Legislation like the Partial Birth Abortion bills has been tried and, even when it is successfully passed, has done nothing to significantly diminish the loss of life, much less to abolish legalized abortion. In fact, in many cases the legislation that is passed actually makes it more likely that more death will occur. Thirty years of trying and the best we can do is make the butchers poke the babies’ heads back inside their mother’s vagina before the baby’s head is cut off and it’s body’s contents drained into a container marked “Medical Waste.” If you do not understand that that single fact should make you begin to be willing to consider packing up and seceding from this present God damned government that goes by the name of the United States of America, then you are nowhere near ready to read about the strategy being implemented by The Creator’s Rights Party. If you aren’t ready to think about seriously radical action like a secession movement, you need to return to wherever you’ve had your head stuck in the sand for the last thirty or so years and thrust your ostrich ass back into the face of God and everybody while those of us who are prepared to accept responsibility for establishing God’s law go about abolishing legalized abortion or die trying.
Expect A Fight That’s right: or die trying. For the members of The Creator’s Rights Party the line has been drawn in the sand and we have crossed over that line and found our vehicle for restoring God’s plan for government to its rightful place of authority in the USA. The last thirty years should make it clear that we will not abolish legalized abortion without a terrible price being paid. A huge down payment on that price has already been paid by millions of babies who were kept out of sight while their bodies were torn apart like prey under the claws of a lion. Now it is our time to pay our part of the price. We must expect opposition like none we have ever experienced because the huge majority of people in this nation have invested themselves into legalized abortion. Even those who say they are opposed to legalized abortion have tolerated it for three decades. That means they have invested themselves in the idea that people who tolerate legalized abortion are somehow alright with God and not really evil people at all. That is a lie. People who tolerate legalized abortion are just as much murderers as the abortionist who rips the baby apart and the mother and father and grandmother and grandfather who offer their babies to be slaughtered as human sacrifice. Expect all the people who have invested themselves in legalized abortion to fight you just like Planned Parenthood will fight you. Who has invested themselves in perpetuating legalized abortion? The answer might surprise all except the most grizzled abortion abolitionists. The usual suspects are easy to identify. Planned Parenthood, The Nation Federation of Abortionists, etc. all clearly depend for their livelihood on the perpetuation of legalized abortion. Were legalized abortion to be abolished, there’s hardly an abortionist in the country that could find anywhere to practice their “medicine.” And the bureaucratic hacks that populate the Planned Parenthood offices would be out of work as well. But there is another category of people who depend on the perpetuation of legalized abortion as well. For years I have been watching that category of people fight the secession strategy advocated by The Creator’s Rights Party and I have reached the point where I finally must publicly say that I think that category of people is just as unwilling to see the abolition of legalized abortion as anyone in Planned Parenthood. There is only one distinction between the two groups: whereas Planned Parenthood will admit it is willing to do anything to prevent the abolition of legalized abortion, the group I am referring to now is equally committed to preventing the abolition of legalized abortion, yet will not admit it. Who am I referring to? The thousands of professional employees of the Christian pro-life organizations and the Christian para-church organizations and Christian congregations who you will get a chance to see with your own eyes do everything in their power to prevent you from participating in the one strategy that is guaranteed to have the power to arrest legalized abortion in our lifetime. That’s right. I am accusing this generation of professional Christians, whatever their title or position, of being the main obstacle to abolishing legalized abortion at this time in history. Not only am I accusing them, I have been given a way by God to show you that my accusations against them are true.
Watch What People Do When They Learn About A Serious Secession Movement This is a plan that has never been attempted since abortion was legalized. The plan is presently legal to implement. If the secession movement advocated here was seriously implemented by even a small minority of people in this nation the possibility exists that legalized abortion might be abolished. That much is self-evident. But watch and you will see that most of the professional pro-lifers in this nation will be doing everything in their power to prevent Christians from participating in the secession movement. Don’t expect them to publicly make a show of their resistance. They will operate offstage in the pews and classrooms of most of the Christian churches of this nation and there they will do everything they can do to discourage people from participating in a secession movement with the power to abolish legalized abortion. How can I make such an accusation? They have already been doing it for years. For over a decade as I have tried to get people to understand the absolute necessity of a secession movement, I have watched as the very leaders who would normally be expected to be my allies--that is, if they were actually interested in seeing legalized abortion abolished--become the most effective agents resisting the strategy I advocated. Planned Parenthood did not have to spend a penny to resist The Creator’s Rights Party, the leaders of the Christian pro-life movement did all their work for them. I don’t expect that to change until enough people begin to support the secession movement so that the rank and file of the abortion abolition movement begins to sense that we are actually creating a new resistance with the power, if implemented fully, to abolish legalized abortion. At such a time, the present leaders of the pro-life movement who have made it a policy to treat me as an enemy will slink away like the duplicitous enemy agents that they are. Will you provide that support now?
If Not Now, When? Surely you watched as the Ten Commandments monument was exiled to a closet in Alabama. (Did you see the symbolic irony of homosexuals coming out of the closet as the Ten Commandments go in?) That was not the only meaning revealed there. This nation’s refusal to acknowledge the Laws of God or the Rights of The Creator was clearly demonstrated. Do you see what this says about us? We have stood by and impotently collaborated with three decades of legalized slaughter of God’s children. Now we are watching the final stages of the total destruction of role of the Law of God in the government of the USA. Are you ready to stop it? We can do it if we will follow the example set for us by the founders of the USA. We have tried everything and there is only one thing remaining to be tried. The continuing desecration of God’s authority in this nation has driven us to the place where we MUST enter a new phase of the resistance, or we must admit we are too afraid to do what is required to restore rightful authority to the government of the USA. One fact has become self-evident to those with eyes that see. Can you see it?
THE MAJORITY IS THE PROBLEM
The average American—the majority—has proven to be the root of the problem that results in The Creator’s Rights being trampled in the United States of America. No State presently has a majority willing to restore The Creator to His rightful place of authority. Even when government officials like Judge Roy Moore arise to attempt to restore The Creator to His rightful place, the majority fails to support him and the attempt is defeated. Let us no longer pander to the majority. The evidence is clear: the majority of citizens in the United States of America are the enemies of the God of the Bible! Whether they go by the name of Christian, Jew, Muslim, pagan, atheist, Democrat, Republican or whatever, they’re all the same! Hasn’t the day come when those who seek to do the Will of God will face the fact that it is the majority itself that is reprobate in this nation? The majority in this nation is a self-centered idolatrous child whose real god is its belly—old man Mammon by any other name is still the same fleshly self-indulgent idol worshipped by the majority throughout the ages. It is the majority that refuses to arrest the desecration of God’s authority; it is the majority that actually stands as the bedrock base of support for the spirit of murder that has enslaved this nation. But look at what the pro-life movement has been trying to do for thirty years. With the exception of the brief period of non-violent civil disobedience, the entire history of the pro-life movement has been centered on finding a way to get the majority to agree to abolish legalized abortion. Only self-deceived Christians will continue in that path. The majority is determined to ignore the Law of God as surely as Judge Moore’s monument was ignored. To expect the majority to be our salvation in this sordid tragedy we’re presently involved in is to prove that you are a part of the very majority that has turned against the Will of God. In catering to this present Godless majority, or in trying to find a place within it, we separate ourselves from the Will of God and the power of God and become subject to His wrath rather than His grace. In fact, it is through this pandering to the majority that this generation of Christians in the USA has become the apostate Laodicean Church of prophesy and caused Christ Jesus’ name to be blasphemed among the gentiles. This strategy is not for people who intend to continue enslaved to the will of man. We are trying to find fellowship with people who serve the Living God, people who can understand that all we have to do to be delivered from this bondage to the will of the majority is embrace the strategy that is spelled out here and now. Are you willing to actually do what is necessary to stop these things, or, are you like the tens of millions of Christians in this nation who give lip service to God and God’s children but are not actually willing to DO anything that has the power to protect them?
Here’s the Strategy: God’s people convince the majority of people in this nation that unless the desecration of God’s authority in this nation is arrested and God’s plan for government defined in the Declaration of Independence is restored to its rightful place of authority, secession of a State or States will occur in this generation. That’s right! Give up on the national majority and find a State majority willing to do the Will of God or die trying. With your support the strategy will work! By giving up on the national majority and focusing our “change” energy directly to the State level, the “feasibility factor” changes immediately. All we have to do is find a majority in one State willing to do the Will of God or die trying and we can force the American people to make the fateful choices outlined earlier. By focusing all our efforts on arresting the desecration by preparing to bring one or more States out of this unholy union, all our political activities begin to appear awesomely significant. We force everyone in the nation to recognize the potentially fateful meaning of this shift in strategy The Union can be destroyed and that is a fact indisputable to anyone with eyes to see. After all is said and done, the secession of one State means the United States of America has ceased to exist. The nation remaining would have to be renamed the disunited States of America, or something similar. I know, I know. This all sounds so preposterous that it seems like some kind of macabre, sophomoric parody of an actual political strategy. The conventional wisdom—pagan “common sense”—is convinced that you’d never get more than a handful of people to risk their lives serving any plan done in the name of The Creator, done in the name of God. That just goes to show what a total failure this generation of christians has been in convincing people that the Lord Jesus Christ actually delivers His people from the fear of death. Don’t expect that failure to continue. Unfortunately for this present self-indulgent, pagan, idolatrous status quo that goes by the name of the united States of America, the Living God is not a projection of the mind of man, but a Being who is actually “out there” with a people all His own. Laugh if you want to, while you’ve got the chance. Someday soon you’re going to see that the Lord Jesus Christ does deliver His real people from the fear of death. And while the prospect of secession might seem totally ludicrous today, all humor will disappear the moment the citizens of these presently united States of Ameica see a real secession movement developing in one or more of the States.
How will this
Strategy Stop Legalized Abortion, etc.? Legalized abortion, legalized
homosexuality, the elimination of the idea of The Creator from the legal
reasoning process leading to the formation of law, all of these are the
evidences proving the desecration of God’s authority. When the people of the
USA realize they must choose between the continuation of those examples of
the desecration of God’s authority or the destruction of the United States of
America, the great majority will realize there is nothing in legalized
abortion or legalized homosexuality that is worth the destruction of the
United States of America and all that is entailed in that reality. Given a

But the Majority Must Be Given That Clear Choice Every other viable option has been tried. During the past three decades (one generation) an orderly series of political resistance activities have occurred and the response of the American people has proven that the great majority of citizens—Christian and pagan alike—are willing to see The Creator’s Rights totally obliterated as long as their lusts and personal agendas are satisfied. In other words, a decent and orderly process of communication has occurred in this generation designed to educate the majority about God’s concern for the lives of all His children, yet the majority in the USA has ignored everything that has been communicated and chosen to continue to slaughter God’s children without due process of law, chosen to continue to elevate grievous perversions to positions of social respectability. The fruit of those choices is now to be made evident to the majority. The only question remaining is the part you personally are to play in that process. I have chosen the role I am to play. Your eyes have now taken you to a place where you will consciously decide the role you are to play.
Reasoning Behind the Strategy At the core of our present difficulties is the fact that five people on the Supreme Court have been given the power (not the right) to define law for all of us. And the only way to overrule their decision is a Constitutional Amendment (which requires a huge majority of support throughout the nation) or secession. The moral of the story of the last twenty years is this: those five people rule regardless of who is President or regardless of who is in majority in the legislative branch of government. Finding a way to overrule the Supreme Court is the search we are truly involved in. Anybody who’s actually in touch with the facts knows this. There is one major idea that must be overcome before change can occur in this nation. The idea can be stated this way: “If there is not enough zeal or numbers to establish a simple political party (say, like the Rupublican Party) with enough energy to advance basic principles, then there surely are no resources available for the more drastic and costly methods (like secession).” That idea is overcome when we realize it is based on a mistaken assumption. The idea assumes that before real change can occur, a majority within the national governmental structure must be forged. That assumption is mistaken because national political change can be accomplished by one State or a few States operating totally outside any mandate provided by the citizens of the USA at large. To understand the vision , it is necessary to do two things: figure out a little hard-eyed arithmetic, and figure out the mechanics through which a State secedes from the union of States. The arithmetic first: How many people does it take to create a national political party with sufficient power to change national policy? Any way you count it, that procedure requires many millions more people than would be required to capture the legislative and executive State government of say, Georgia. Now for the mechanics of secession: The policies required to bring Georgia out of the Union operate in subjection to one thing and one thing only: a majority of voters within the State of Georgia. The Federal government might wish it were different, but as the law is presently constituted, the Fed can do nothing legally to deter a secession movement.
The Power of the Threat of Secession To see what I am trying to point out, it is necessary to see that there is a clear and most important distinction between a secession movement and the fact of secession itself. This distinction is important to see because change can be created by a secession movement without secession itself ever actually occurring. Here’s how: Visualize a real secession movement in, say, Georgia. If, while watching the movement grow, the national majority decided that the issues provoking secession are not sufficiently important to justify the potential destruction of the union, then the majority would become willing to compromise and eliminate the causes of secession. In this way, the threat of secession of a State or States would have brought about fundamental national change without secession (and all the potential slaughter that entails) ever actually occurring. To fully grasp the practical implications of the vision I bring, focus on this: while Georgia would require about 1 million voters for the mechanics of secession to be implemented under present population and voting trends, the State of Idaho or Montana or South Dakota would require fewer than 100,000 to actually legally secede from the Union. Before you get the idea that I am a naive Pollyanna, please understand that I am fully aware of the fact that, legalities aside, the question of secession will engage the full resources of the Federal government and the will of every citizen of the USA before the question of secession is answered in this generation. But that is the point, isn’t it? We are interested in moving this nation to eliminate the desecration, are we not? The numbers do not lie. If we are truly interested in arresting the desecration in our lifetime, by focusing on the mechanics of secession at a State level, we can force a fundamental reexamination of this nation’s priorities. But as long as we work within the national political structure, the numbers required for decisive change are simply impossible to achieve within our lifetime. With the strategy at hand, The Creator’s Rights Party has created a clear line between two types of “pro-lifers:” those “pro-lifers” who are willing to do anything BUT things that actually have the power to arrest the desecration of God’s authority and protect the lives of His children; and those who prove they are willing to do whatever it takes to see God’s Will accomplished in this generation. Look clearly at the latest strategies presently being offered by the “pro-life” leaders. Pro-life leaders (you know who they are) are trying to sell us on the “Impeach the Supreme Court” strategy, others are trying to get us to support various Constitutional Amendments. Such strategies are simply the latest in a long line of “political” strategies that rely on the support of an overwhelming majority of the American people for their implementation. How many times over the last thirty years have the professional Christian pro-life leaders in the hundreds of pro-life organizations proclaimed that the "first step" has been taken that will lead to the end of legalized abortion. That "first step" has been taken hundreds of times by hundreds of leaders and never, not one time, has a second or a third step been seen to occur in reality. And as the self-serving deluded leaders told their self-serving deluded followers that the "first step" had been taken the bodies of God's children were torn apart in an unremitting paroxysm of carnage unlike any ever seen in the history of the world. And through it all our leaders keep mindlessly chanting "first step has been taken" "first step has been taken" and the mindless followers for thirty years have been saying "Praise God we're finally getting somewhere!" But of course we have gotten exactly nowhere. Those "first step"
strategies, like all those that have preceded them, are bound to fail because
the strategies depend on the support of a majority of citizens in the USA. We must implement a new strategy, one that does not require the present self-indulgent majority's support and would still abolish legalized abortion without it.
Implementing The Strategy How would all this work? Starting where you are, you begin to tell people about the real prospect of secession in the United States of America. That’s how a secession movement begins. In the beginning that’s all there is to it: just an evergrowing group of people who are no longer afraid to tell everyone that they know that they cannot abide with the evil they see around them any longer; that as far as they are concerned the social contract is broken and as soon as God gives them enough people to make it happen, they’re going to find a new government that will implement God’s plan for government instead of Satan’s. As soon as you begin to tell people, a secession movement will have begun in your local community. In time as the movement grows, we will, if the evil majority forces us, relocate to the States chosen, exactly the way anti-slavery forces relocated to Kansas prior to the late unpleasantness that goes by the name of the American Civil War. We will continue to grow until we constitute a majority in those States, and we will proceed toward secession. If God grants us release, the majority will stop its pagan orgy and, realizing the grave danger facing us all, will decide to arrest the desecration of God’s plan for government by rescinding the abominations instituted by the Supreme Court. Otherwise, the American people will have graphic and indisputable evidence proving that evil has enslaved this generation so that there is no escape for a Christian except through death itself. How many people are they who, if they saw a political scenario develop that actually MIGHT arrest legalized abortion and the other grievous examples of desecration, would step up and pay what is required to arrest the desecration? I believe God has equipped tens of thousands, perhaps hundreds of thousands, who would get on the band wagon if they saw a real chance to change things. I further believe that, if sufficient numbers are not there today, that if the leaders of God’s people will model this strategy, then God will motivate sufficient numbers to follow. I’ll expain why in a minute. But first understand exactly why the threat of secession can arrest the desecration. The threat of secession, carried out within a State whose citizens are willing to go the extra mile, is a thing that can be created with the resources at hand today. There are many thousands, if not hundreds of thousands, of God’s people who are literally sick to death of the continuing desecration of His authority and their collaboration with this desecration. Their determination, when properly focused, can force—that’s right, I said FORCE— every citizen in this nation to choose between perpetuating legalized abortion or the destruction of the union in these presently united States of America and the immeasurable slaughter that will attend such destruction. If we are ever going to stop this thing, the scenario outlined above is the one to do it. The other options have already been tried and failed. To continue to put our energy into failed exercises is to give aid and comfort to the enemy. This we cannot do. If you are a true child of God, I know you do not want to do this. That is why I appeal to you to do the math and realistically judge what the numbers tell you.
The Question of Will: The Real Obstacle To Arresting Desecration At the core of why people resist the vision I bring is the understanding that virtually no one is willing to pay their lives to arrest the desecration. This generation has proven over and over that our common theme is “I”, “I”, “I” with an occassional “Me” thrown in for good measure. In this context, it is easy for people to sneer in disbelief at the vision I bring. I understand why they sneer. There is no doubt that the vision I bring is based on a strategy that might well cost people their lives. In order for this strategy to be implemented, a new person must arrive on the American scene: one with the cold-eyed ruthless determination of Paul Hill to stop the slaughter of God’s children, but one who, unlike Paul Hill, is willing to channel that determination through a duly authorized instrument of State Sovereignty. Such people are admittedly hard to find thesedays, but they are here. If you don’t believe it, look closely at me. And I am not alone. The sneers of the self-satisfied enemies of God are soon to disappear because people with the will of Paul Hill are here. Perhaps you are one. There are others. If we all begin to sell a strategy that can actually arrest the desecration in our lifetime, I believe the Lord will bring the will to resist to fruition among sufficient numbers of His people to actually arrest the desecration. Then what appears now to be a pipe dream would be seen to be what I believe it to actually be: the will of God for His people in this generation. If you want to know what sustains my faith, think about this: How do people ever find the will to fight to the death in defense of Right? The answer to that question is simple: God must give them that Will. How will people who lack the will to secede find that will? God will give His people the will to secede. In order to understand what I say next, it is necessary to grasp fully that every citizen in the USA who is not presently in prison for resisting the desecration of God’s authority and God’s creation in the USA is collaborating, in one way or another, with that desecration. In other words, every one in this nation who has not been formally enslaved within a penal colony because of their resistance to the evil institutionalized by the law-makers in this nation, is still informally enslaved by their continuing collaboration with the evil laws and evil regime that perpetuates those laws. The analysis of Scripture that follows is predicated on the fact that all of us, God’s people and infidel alike, are presently in bondage to evil in this nation. If you agree with this analysis, you will understand what I will say next. But if you, like so many citizens in this nation, have no perception of the bondage to evil we all presently share because of our collaboration with this nation, then what follows will not make sense. My faith that God is going to instill the will within His people that will allow them to do whatever is necessary to break the bondage to the collaboration that is our present condition in the USA is based upon my reading of key passages in Romans 6. We are told that one of the consequences of being united with Christ Jesus in His death, burial and resurrection is people so united will no longer be slaves to sin. The KJV has Paul saying it this way: “Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin...14 For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace.” When we are told that “sin shall not have dominion” over us, we are given a word from God that binds God to provide us with the will and strength necessary to resist being enslaved by sin. I base my faith on the inevitability of fruition in the movement I am a part of on the fact that God honors His commitment to His people. God will not allow His people to continue as slaves to sin. He will give them the will to do whatever is necessary to break that bondage, even if it costs them their lives. And I see it happening now. People are beginning to embrace a secession movement because we have done everything else. In spite of all arguments about “practicality” and “realism” and “prudence” and “reason” and “logic,” individuals like myself are deciding they will do whatever is necessary to stop collaborating with the continuing desecration of God’s authority. While we lack the numbers to create a secession movement in even one State today, the fact is “Without a vision, the people perish.” The Creator’s Rights Party offers a vision of change that can arrest legalized abortion in our lifetime if God’s people will seize the vision and make it their own. God has raised up the party to do this because not only do the people perish without a vision, they lack a target to shoot for. When it’s time, things will change. Those with eyes that see and ears that hear know the time for change is coming soon. From this day forward, the only reason the desecration will continue in the USA is because you and people like you will not take responsibility to create the secession movement required to convince the people of this nation that some things are more important than our individual lives. Your continuing failure to cooperate with the only strategy that has the power to arrest the desecration of God’s authority in this generation is something you are going to have to give an account for someday. How about today? Is it time to do what is necessary to arrest the desecration, or are you going to continue to play god games pretending to be serving the God and Father of Our Lord Jesus Christ while you go about collaborating with the forces committed to destroying His authority in this world?
