DOUBLE JEOPARDY MUST BE DESTROYED!

Double Jeopardy is being tried twice for the same offense.

Until this generation in the USA, protection from Double Jeopardy was understood to be a fundamental human right guaranteed by the Constitution of the United States of America. Amendment V: "...nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb..."

Why must Double Jeopardy Be Destroyed?

• DESTROYS A FUNDAMENTAL PRINCIPLE OF TRIAL BY JURY

From the beginning, the primary purpose of a trial by a jury of your peers was to protect the individual from the arbitrary and capricious whims of the nobility. Throughout history, the nobility had used the Courts of law as their own private conscience soothing device where all the forms and formalities of law were harnessed to a totally arbitrary system of rules and regulations all of which were designed to protect the interests and the person of the nobility. As long as the nobility controlled the Courts of Law they could kill, maim, and destroy their enemies and maintain a clean conscience and unthreatened backside in the process. And the Courts had been so used. Without regard to the requirements of ethics or morality or the laws of God, the nobility had from time immemorial trampled on the rights of the common people like feet trample on the paving stones of a city street. But with the institution of a trial by a jury of twelve people chosen from the same class occupied by the person accused of a crime, and with the refusal to allow more than one trial for the same offense, a powerful protection was granted to the rights of the common people that effectively protected them from the arbitrary and capricious will of the nobility. Remove that protection from Double Jeopardy (As is done in the USA today!) and a thousand years of progress in western civilization is rolled backwards.

• DESTROYS CONSTITUTIONAL PROTECTION OF THE INDIVIDUAL

The Fifth, Tenth and Fourteenth Amendments to the Constitution of the USA were designed to prevent the Federal Government of the United States of America from becoming a tyrant with the power to destroy the rights of the States and the individuals that make up the United States of America. By allowing the Federal government to duplicate the criminal charges made by a State of the United States against an individual in this nation of States, the Federal Government effectively destroys the Constitutional prohibition against double jeopardy and destroys the entire rule of Constitutional Law in the process.

• ENSLAVES EVERY CITIZEN TO THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT

No longer is the Constitutional check on the Federal government defined in the Tenth Amendment in place. In other words the Tenth Amendment said, "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people." With this Amendment to the Constitution the Founders placed a wall around the Federal government that was designed to keep the Federal govenment from enslaving the American people. By removing the protection against double jeapordy, that wall was effectively removed and the Federal government became capable of reaching out and snatching any citizen from the jurisdiction of their State into a Federal custody that is the reality of enslavement. Through the destruction of double jeapordy, the Federal government of the United States of America is one judicial decree away from enslaving any citizen of this nation anytime the Federal authorities so decree. And has always been the case with slaves, there is nothing the enslaved can do to stop it.
