CLAYTON LEE WAAGNER'S ESCAPE CLAUSE:

How Low Level Support Personnel Can Escape Death

(11/25/2001, Christian Gallery News Service)  On November 23, 2001, Clayton Lee Waagner, one of the FBI's 10 Most Wanted fugitives, without warning, notice or invitation showed up in my home because he wanted to use me to relay a message to people who work in the abortion industry in the United States.

Clayton Waagner says he has precisely targeted 42 specific abortion workers around the U.S. that he intends to kill.  He made it clear he is not referring solely to abortionists but has included people representing the entire spectrum of abortion employees from abortionists to the people who might not consider themselves as abortion employees at all.

What follows is a transcript of excerpts from the interview I taped  with Clayton Waagner when he was in my home. Because the interview was unexpected, professional recording equipment was not available.  Therefore, portions of the recording were garbled.  Such glitches are noted. Several subjects were discussed in the interview.  In this short excerpt, Clayton Waagner talks  about his plan to give the 42 abortion employees he has targeted a way to escape from his bullets or bombs:

Waagner:          I'm going to stop them.  I've already stopped a bunch and I'm going to stop more. [Unclear sentence.]  What I've done is I'm going to give them one more chance.  I want to give them people some [garbled: incentive?] which is to stop.  I know I can't kill them all.  But I have a list of 42 and this is to that 42: I know where you live; I know what you drive; I actually don't know all your names, but I've got your car license and I've followed you home, so I've got your street address. Because of the computer stuff, I've got some of them that I was able to cross check the street address and get your name and phone number, but I'll never call.  Now I have that data.  I don’t have to search for it anymore.  I got it.  42 is a lot.  If I kill 42 people, by golly I'm going to get some attention.

I'm going to give them a chance to stop.  Now you and I haven't prediscussed this so this is going to be an interesting concept.  And, uh, uh, this is developing as we talk Neal.  Mmm, because I'm not going back to the clinics, I won't know whether those people have quit.  So would you be willing to let them send an email to your web page, which I could check of course…?

Horsley:            (Interrupts) Sure, christiangallery.com.

Waagner:          Okay, here's the deal: if you'll set up a message board or something so they…Obviously I don't want them to give their name and all that.  But if they will give me the first letter or number of their license plate, and the name of the state they're in, and the last letter of, of, their, you know, if their home address is 123 Main Street, give me 3.  And the last number, not letter, but number of their home address.  First letter, or letter or number, of their license plate, which I have.  Last, last, we'll make it simple: I should have thought of this at the beginning; I'm sorry.   The first letter, letter or number, of their home address.

Horsley:            Okay.

Waagner:          Okay.  And the state they're in.  I can check my data base and I'll know who they are.

Horsley:            Right.

Waagner:          If you want to quit…

Horsley:            Right.

Waagner:          You can do that.  You can do it anonymously.  If you're quitting…Obviously I want people to quit tomorrow who are on my list.  Obviously I won't tell you who's on my list because that's the beauty of it.

Horsley:            Right.

Waagner:          If you quit, send an email to Neal Horsley and give him this information.

Horsley:            Right.

Waagner:          And I won't target you.

Horsley:            Wow.

Waagner:          I'll give you one hint, though.  Don't lie to me.

Horsley:            Right.  Right.

Waagner:          Okay, if you want to quit, want a chance to come off my list, email him.

Horsley:            Well, you know, that, you're right; we haven't discussed any of this.  And, and, the fact is, where I'm at now Clay is I'm going to go along with whatever you suggest, you know…You're in my house, you're armed…

Waagner:          (Laughs.)  And judged as the most dangerous man in the country.

Horsley:            …and I'm not going to disagree…I'm not disagree with the FBI.  I'm not arguing with the FBI.  The only thing I know is that I can look you in the eye and I can see a man who has, in fact, determined to go all the way.

Waagner:          I am determined.  I said in my earlier posting [to the Army of God Web site: editor] that I'd use every resource available to me.  There are some rules here, but there are few.  And, uh, uh, I am resourceful.  I hope that the Fed Ex attacks and the mail attacks [Recent false anthrax threats mailed to hundreds of abortion clinics, etc., which Waagner confessed to earlier in the interview: editor] demonstrates that resourcefulness. I mean, no one's ever done this, and I did.  I am resourceful.  And I'm probably going to continue to demonstrate that resourcefulness to them.  But there's so many ways I can hit them.  I've got the 42 list I've been working on.  It's been well publicized that I'm pretty good at car theft.  Well, I've been a licensed pilot since 1985.  It hasn't been published yet but…Eighty five or eight six; I'm not sure which…but I'm a licensed pilot.  An airplane's easier to steal than a car, a small plane.    I mean I could build a bomb and drop it on you from the air.  Just did the Virginia Dare [first European baby born in USA] Air Force.

Horsley:            Are you telling me that for nine months, after John Walsh made you America's Most Wanted, and you're on the 10 Most Wanted List of the FBI, and you've been basically roaming the country, in the United States of America?

Waagner:          Absolutely.  But what I've been doing is very specific.  I've been picking up information…

In that short excerpt of the interview, all the pertinent details of Clayton Waagner's plan is revealed.

Clayton Waagner's Escape Clause Summarized

  • First letter or number of automobile license plate
  • Name of state
  • First letter or number of home address

Abortion Employees who think they might be one of the 42 targeted for death by Clayton Lee Waager can submit the information above either by email to nhorsley@wechooselife.net or, if it is perceived to be functioning properly, to a message board that should be accessible from The Christian Gallery News Service at www.christiangallery.com.

Such responses will be plainly posted on the Web site so that Clayton Waagner will be able to access that information as soon as it is posted on the Web site.

It is my heartfelt and absolutely sincere desire that anyone who thinks they might be one of the 42 people Clayton Waagner is prepared to kill immediately consider stopping going to work and submit the information he has required to show him you have withdrawn from the abortion business.  There is no doubt in my mind that he is ready to demonstrate that his plan is deadly serious.

For those of you who think I am participating in a terrorist plot, and therefore that the dissemination of this information is aiding and abetting terrorism, ask yourself this:  If I did not publish this information and Clayton Lee Waager begins to kill the 42 people on his list, would I have their blood on my hands or not?  By publishing this information, regardless of what anyone would like to think, I am actually giving the 42 abortion employees who are slated to die by Clayton Waagner an opportunity to live.

But one question remains.  The question I have been asked over and over is, "How, out of all the abortion employees across the country, are abortion employees to know whether they are one of the targeted 42?"

Clayton Lee Waagner answers that critical question the same way he says he answers all the questions facing him today, "The Holy Spirit will tell them."

Is the Holy Spirit telling you it is time to leave the abortion business?  Please, for your own sake, do not ignore that message.  Based on everything I learned about Clay Waagner, he has 42 people he plans to kill.  The only way to delay the day when he will implement his threats is to show him people are seriously considering what to do with this escape plan outlined here.

Additional details of the various confessions and explanations offered by Clayton Waagner will be posted online during the next few days.
