EXECUTION BY CITIZEN: Why I am Running for Governor

(Christian Gallery News Service, July 17, 2007)Before you can see why I'm running for Governor of Georgia, you need to understand a phenomenon I call Execution by Citizen. You can understand Execution by Citizen by comparing and contrasting it with Suicide by Cop because Suicide by Cop is generally understood today. We have all heard stories about people like the man in the Governor's office in Denver yesterday who claimed to be Emperor and refused to put down a gun until he forced the Governor's bodyguards to kill him: that was Suicide by Cop. Execution by Citizen is similar to Suicide by Cop. But there are real differences as well. This article explains both the similarities and the differences. You will find it useful if you will examine them because revealed in that examination you will not only see why I am running for Governor but you will also see true portents of our times.
I first encountered Execution by Citizen standing outside Mountain View Baptist Church in Georgia where I grew up. It was the mid-nineteen fifties, which would have made me about twelve or thirteen. After services the men of the church would ordinarily stand outside smoking and talking in small groups before going their separate ways. Ever curious I would move from group to group listening to the talk and taking note of the way the men carried themselves. I understood that the conversations after church were in some unofficial way a continuation of the services. Whereas inside church the pastor brought forth the official message of the day, after church the men moved from the generalities discussed by the pastor in his sermon to the actualities of the world outside church. I began to learn about Execution by Citizen when Sunday after Sunday one of any number of men would stand smoking and talking and then conclude with absolute certainty, "Somebody's gonna kill that nigger."
The men in the group would nod assent, not with any sense of anger but with a kind of resignation like after days of rain, when someone would say, "It's got to stop sometime." It was Bible that God would never send the flood again: that was a fact no one could dispute. The inevitability of somebody killing "that nigger" was presented as the same kind of fact.
Years later, when James Earl Ray killed the Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr, I remembered those times outside Mountain View Baptist Church and I knew Dr. King's death was as close to an official execution as it is possible to imagine when there was no Court ORDER to be found. At the time I did not have a name for what I knew had happened. Today I have a name for it: Execution by Citizen.
SEEING EXECUTION BY CITIZEN
It's easier to understand Execution by Citizen by looking at examples rather than by trying to define it.
Execution by Citizen can be seen in the events in Ford Theatre in Washington, D.C. in April, 1865. Another man with three names, John Wilkes Booth, realized and fulfilled the words that had been said all across the South--outside government chambers, outside churches, around thousands of campfire encampments, "Somebody's gonna kill that devil. No matter how this turns out, he'll never make it out alive."
Execution by Citizen can also be seen by imagining the conversations that occurred during that same period of history at the hearth and the campfires where the allies of John Brown gathered to hear him talk. He would say, "Somebody is gonna kill slavery in this country." And his allies would nod agreement.
There are other examples that we will examine but those few should bring the general outline of Execution by Citizen in view. What separates Execution by Citizen from all other forms of homicide is the preparation for the act provided by the common prophetic urgings of masses of ordinary people. While it is true that few people uttering the pronouncement of execution would acknowledge they were fulfilling the role of the prophet, I knew as I stood listening long ago to people talking about the inevitability of the death of Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr, that I was listening to a message unlike all the other message structures I normally encountered: I felt like I was hearing the words of prophesy.
And of course I was. But not prophesy like the Bible is full of. A different kind of prophesy.
Self-fulfilling prophesy is the power behind Execution by Citizen. Because of its role as the agent of self-fulfilling prophesy Execution by Citizen is an excellent way to gain insight into the process through which government of the people, and by the people, operates. Popular government--call it the rule of the majority--is actually an exercise in self-fulfilling prophesy. In other words, there is a way to see that the result of every political action in a government ruled by the votes of masses of people is actually the result of self-fulfilling prophesy.
Take a look at the self-fulfilling prophesy unfolding in our nation today.
MY REASON FOR WRITING
I am running for Governor of Georgia for The Creator's Rights party. In the short time I have spent on the streets campaigning I have already encountered the same thing I first saw outside Mountain View Baptist Church when it became clear a significant portion of the people were convinced, "Somebody's gonna kill that nigger." I have encountered people who said to me, "Somebody's gonna kill you." In other words, I am being told with the same sense of utter certainty I first heard outside Mountain View Baptist Church long ago that I am the new nigger somebody is gonna kill. Unless I was actually looking for Suicide by Cop or its unofficial equivalent, Suicide by Citizen, such things would cause me to stop and study the situation long and hard to see if there is some way to avoid getting killed.
I have seen such a way. But I admit it's not an easy way, either to understand or to implement. But there is a way. So to prove I am not actually looking for Suicide by Citizen, I am sending you this message.
THE CONTEXT FOR EXECUTION BY CITIZEN
The United States of America is a unique creation on the face of the earth. Never in the history of the world has there been a government like the one we the people inherited if we were born here. At the root of that distinction is the idea of government of the people, by the people and for the people. Now I am not saying that is a unique idea. It's not. The French Revolution and the Russian Revolution among others were all designed to create governments that carried that distinction. What makes the USA unique is the plan put forth by the Founders of this nation in the Declaration of Independence. When the Founders put their pen to paper and signed their names to that document, they were exampling the fundamental distinction of this nation. Which was: individual people acting as individuals would sign their individual names to a document that pledged their lives, their fortunes and their sacred honor to implementing precisely the plan defined in the document they signed, a plan that forthrightly declared itself to be the plan of The Creator for government on earth.
So to understand the USA, it is necessary to understand the plan defined in the document called the Declaration of Independence.
At the core of that plan is the idea that there is a "Creator" who endowed "all men" with certain unalienable rights.
Execution by Citizen can be traced to those times when the people of the USA have decided to define "all men" in a way that is different from the way The Creator named in the Declaration of Independence defines "all men." As we will see, that is the context within which Execution by Citizen begins to stalk this land.
It's easy to separate Execution by Citizen from ordinary acts of murder because the person carrying out the execution is, at some real level, carrying out the will of a significant number of individual people in the nation: the executioner is the "self" in self-fulfilling prophesy. Execution by Citizen describes the difference between the sniper who shoots his wife and John Wilkes Booth or John Brown or James Earl Ray...or Paul Hill.
An examination of the motivations of those prominent executioners from American history will demonstrate that Execution by Citizen is the result of a fundamental refusal to implement The Creator's definition of "all men" in this nation.
WHO IS "ALL MEN?"
The raw words in the Declaration of Independence did not define "all men." The operative definition of that term was spelled out in the Constitution of the USA.
In the beginning the Constitution defined "all men" as Caucasian people with penises who owned a certain amount of land somewhere in the previous English colonies. Those people were "equal" in that they all were perceived to have certain rights, the rights defined in the Constitution.
Just as chattel slavery was the withholding of the status of "all men" from the slave, so too was the withholding of the franchise from women, and the full protection of the law from children. The entire history of the USA can be examined in terms of the need to constantly fine-tune the meaning of the "all men" phrase in the Declaration of Independence.
It is significant that both John Wilkes Booth and John Brown came into the story of Execution by Citizen because of the turmoil created in this nation by the way "all men" was originally defined in the Constitution. James Earl Ray, the executor of the Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr. entered the story at a later period but for the same reasons. And Paul Hill entered the story for the same reason as well.
Do you see the pattern? Those examples prove that there is no more important and portentous question that can be asked in the USA than "Who is all men?"
THE MEANING OF MY CANDIDACY FOR GOVERNOR
When I stand on the streets of Georgia with a huge sign with a picture of an aborted baby on it, I literally raise the question, "Who is all men?"

But if that was all I was doing, I would not be forced to spend time studying long and hard the phenomenon called Execution by Citizen.
I am in danger of Execution by Citizen because my candidacy for Governor contains, embodies, a way to force the American people to expand their definition of "all men" to conform to mine. I am a threat to the present peace and prosperity in this nation because I promise to nullify legalized abortion in Georgia if I am elected Governor and fight the federal government to the death rather than allow abortions to continue in Georgia.
At this point in time, everyone is quick to point out that I have nowhere near the support required to be elected anything in Georgia, much less Governor.
Paradoxically, that is my best defense from Execution by Citizen. If all those people in Georgia and the rest of the nation who say in regard to my candidacy, "He's just a nuisance" can be seen to be correct, there is a real possibility nobody will feel the sure and constant sense of anointing that accompanied James Earl Ray or John Brown or John Wilkes Booth or Paul Hill when they went to carry out their executions. Nobody wants to spend their life killing nothing more than a "nuisance." For me to become a guaranteed candidate for Execution by Citizen, I would need to be seen to be an actual threat to be elected.
But make no mistake about it, I might prove to be more than a "nuisance." As Christians all across this land are quick to point out, "With God, all things are possible."
"ALL MEN" IS DEFINED BY GOD...FINALLY
It does not take much imagination to realize that the founders of the USA were people who decided to enter into the foundational actions of God on earth. They took upon themselves the responsibility to do what God does: define the laws that rule the earth and enforce those laws with the power of life and death.
If there is a God out there like the One defined in the Holy books of people writing about the God of Abraham, then that God will someday settle the question of who is created in His image and what Rights those creatures deserve. Until then, people will continue to be the only beings on this planet with the capability for settling those questions.
As the sign above demonstrates, I am a person who believes there has been a fundamental breakdown in this nation concerning who deserves to be treated as "all men." I cannot escape that belief. It follows me everywhere I go. Too much has happened, too much evidence has accumulated that I cannot ignore. It is self-evident that people who deserve to be understood to be part of the "all men" defined in the Declaration of Independence are being legally butchered in this nation. And I believe my God requires me to be personally responsible for stopping it. Just as the men who signed the Declaration of Independence understood that their personal signature attached them to that document so that they were destined to spend their lives, their fortunes and their sacred honor in defense of the words contained therein , so, too, do I understand I am obligated to do the same.
So I have been cast--have cast myself?--into a play where the meaning of "all men" is to be once again clarified in the USA.
As we have seen, such scenes in history are fraught with examples of Execution by Citizen.
SO WHY CONTINUE WITH THIS PLAY?
As American history teaches us, there is nothing on earth more important that the question, who is "all men." In searching for the answer to that question we the people find the mind of God revealed on earth. To find a way to participate in answering that question is to enter the place where the Will of God is actually being defined on earth as it is in heaven. To spend one's life in such a drama is what I call living. To remove myself would be tantamount to death for me. So if you want to know why I continue running for Governor even when I hear people telling me the same thing I used to hear about Martin Luther King, Jr outside Mountain View Baptist Church, understand this: I love living but I love my God more than I love my own life.
That answers the question of why I'm running. But the question of why I am having such a hard time drumming up support remains. I answer that question in detail in another article you can find at http://www.christiangallery.com/DogsPartTwo.html. To summarize the article, I am having trouble getting support because everybody in this nation understands that resolving the dilemma created by legalized abortion could well tear this nation apart so that we could lose the present prosperity and comfort we all presently enjoy as citizens of this nation.
But nonetheless I run.
Earlier I said I saw a way for me to run for Governor of Georgia and avoid becoming a victim of Execution by Citizen. The way involves finding enough support quick enough to gain the kind of security personnel any serious candidate for high political office can and should command. Email me here if you will help me. If you won't do that, realize that I will know and God will know that should I become a victim of Execution by Citizen, just like all those people who wanted to see Martin Luther King, Jr. dead, you personally will be one of the persons pulling the trigger. If you want to avoid being seen by my God to be His enemy, no matter where you live in the world, for my sake and for the sake of all men, please support me in my campaign for Governor of Georgia.
Those of you who have studied the New Testament might be able to see what sustains me as I wait to see how all this will turn out. If you read 2 Thessalonians 2, you will see that there is a time coming when that which restrains sin will be removed from the earth and the man of sin will take over this planet so that those who loved pleasure more than they loved the truth might be damned by God because of it.
Well, if I am "removed" either through dying of old age trying to defend "all men" or through Execution by Citizen, I see my removal as evidence that the time of delusion foretold by the Apostle Paul to the Thessalonnians will be upon us. Either way, I will be out of here having done my duty given the light I have received. What makes me walk around moaning and crying and begging God to help me restrain the sin around me is not the thought that I might be removed from this earth but the constant knowledge that the people I am responsible for, people I love as much as I love my own life, will be left behind to suffer the consequences of refusing to help me restrain the sin in our midst, consequences that will include being rejected by the Lord Jesus Christ who will tell them when they come to Him saying, Lord, Lord, that He never knew them.
O God help me!
