Note: While Kevin was serving this sentence in jail, he was dianosed with Lou Gehrig's disease (ALS). Kevin is still working. At times he notices continued weakness in his hands, arms, and shoulders, and at times his speech is impaired. His sentence was then modified to "house arrest." He is married and has three children, ages 6 and under.

Note: Linda was released from jail on August 23. She was back at the killing center on August 26, where she was arrested again for sidewalk counseling. The last time she was out of jail for two days, and the time before that she was out for three days, and the time before that she was out for one day.

Note: Jennifer pled guity to conspiracy to commit arson. The arson resulted in damage to 2 mills totaling less than $500. Letters to Judge Raymond A . Jackson, US District Court, 600 Grandby Street, Norfolk, VA 23510; should ask for supervised house arrest. She is a nursing mother; baby is 6 months old.
