Both Bad News and Good News

The Bad News First

As many people have long understood, the idea that the Constitution of the United States of America is the law of this nation is as dead as the idea that Pharaoh is God.  In other words, the Constitution as a written standard capable of being understood by any literate citizen, which standard provides the basis for law that rules every citizen equally, is no longer a part of the federal government of the United States of America and has been replaced by another law: the raw, brute power that comes out the barrel of a gun.

That is bad news because it means the executive branch of the federal government—the branch that rules all the government guns--can capriciously and arbitrarily make up laws as it goes along, doing anything it feels the urge to do, even to imprisoning and torturing and killing people who technically are citizens of the United States of America.

Proof that this is the actual condition of every citizen of these presently united States of America is found in a Washington Post article published on June 20,2002.  The article stated, “Prisoners declared enemy combatants [even if those prisoners are citizens of the USA: editor] do not have the right to a lawyer and the American judiciary cannot second-guess the military’s classification of such detainees, the Justice Department argued yesterday in a brief to an appeals court.”

Just to make sure we got the point, the writers spelled out the meaning of these events, [This] “provides the most forceful enunciation yet of the Bush administration’s position that those declared enemy combatants in the war on terrorism have no right to counsel and can be held indefinitely. The strongly worded brief signed by Deputy Solicitor General Paul D. Clement also argues that the civilian courts have no standing to intervene.”

“This is really an astounding assertion of authority,” said David Cole, a Georgetown University law professor. “It’s not just that you have no right to a lawyer, it’s that you have no right to even have a hearing. . . . If that is true, then there is really no limit to the president’s power to label U.S. citizens as bad people and then have them held in military custody indefinitely.”

Okay, so that’s the bad news: the Constitution is dead and United States citizens can be treated any way those in power in the federal government want to treat them.

Now For The Good News

If all it takes to be able to throw the book at American citizens is to have them declared combatants in the War On Terrorism, then that is definitely a double-edged sword.

Consider this: I have heard it said on many occasions that abortionists are terrorists who make a living engaging in terroristic actions of the most heinous and lethal nature on unborn human beings.  Not only have I heard it said, I have seen documentary evidence in the form of pictures and films and the personal testimony of a long line of human witnesses that indicates abortionists are committing some of the worst examples of terrorism in the history of terrorism. If you don't know what I'm talking about, click this link.

Advocates and apologists for abortionists have countered by pointing out that what some call terrorism is actually, from a legal point of view, a Constitutionally acceptable medical procedure.  Furthermore, the apologists add, the abortionists’ slaughtering of God's children is justified because the Constitution of the USA clearly states that citizens are people “born” in the United States.  The fact that the unborn babies, the fetuses, are not citizens according to the letter of the Constitution has been a bulwark of the legal and “rational” justification for the actions of the abortionists.

Now that the Constitution is irrelevant to the rights of American citizens, all it will take to finally have a chance to see the goal of the Nuremberg Files implemented in reality, and see the abortionists brought before a military tribunal where they can receive their well-earned punishment for butchering God’s children, is to have the abortionists declared combatants.

Hunger focuses the mind wonderfully.

Such ideas have been a companion of mine since I was recently abruptly terminated from my profession because of my work in trying to abolish legalized abortion in the USA. While mental focus is normally a helpful thing, hunger focuses the mind on…well, food…or money--which, as we all know, is the functional equivalent of food.

Such a focus is no problem for the people in this world whose god is their belly to begin with. But for a follower of Jesus Christ like me, it poses a problem. Where do we find the time and means to serve the Lord Jesus Christ when the flesh is wrestling with all its power to focus on bread…er, money?

I am attempting to implement an answer to that question by continuing my abortion abolition activities and, at the same time, taking the things that grow logically out of that work and turn them into cash flow opportunities. It is my prayer and my hope that the Lord Jesus Christ will use the very things that He has given me in my work as an abortion abolitionist and will use them to supply me with bread.

So when you respond to the various requests to participate in the services offered here or to purchase the products offered here, hopefully you will not begrudge me my addiction, or my family’s addiction, to bread. It is my prayer that rather than seeing it as a sign of my attempt to capitalize on the butchered and mangled dead corpses of God’s children legally offered in sacrifice on the altar of self-indulgence here in the United States of America, you will see it as an opportunity to expand your own abortion abolition activities by supporting me in mine.

If you want to get an understanding of both my credentials in asking for your support and an insight into the dues I’ve paid, go to: If you’ve got a sound card in your computer, you’ll get an earful. If not, you can at least read the story that shows you why I got fired and have to turn to you for financial support as I continue to work to abolish legalized abortion in the USA.

I cannot overemphasize how much we need your help now. There is inestimable, enormous value in the national branded mindshare that we have received from and, the publications owned and published by Neal Horsley. We have been given what amounts to a national publication with a weekly audience of hundreds of thousands of people--both allies and enemies. It is generally equivalent to being given a "Newsweek" magazine. Such a venue is worth millions of dollars were it to be devoted to a secular objective. How much more valuable is it when we examine its potential ability to help deter people from butchering God's children? It raises the value of the publication venue you are looking at to enormous heights.

There is literally no reason to lose this gift from God except that God's people will not provide the support necessary to keep the publication venue available to the public.

But today that is a real possibility.

So you have arrived here at a turning point. What you decide to do with this appeal will determine whether God's unborn children will continue to have this voice crying out for their deliverance from unjustified slaughter. Will you help us today?
