An Example of How Pro-Life Self-Deceit Feeds On
Unborn Babies and Our Nation
(Christian Gallery News Service 1/7/2011) As you can see from the image above taken from a TIME magazine article, the picture of the woman pointing at the abortionist in a courtroom accompanied by the text "Visualize Abortionists On Trial" had national exposure. So much national exposure in fact, I suggested sometime around the new millennium that that particular image was the most broadcast image of the year if all media, newspaper, tv and magazine were taken into consideration. I believed that to be a true statement because I had lived in a tornado of international publicity that began in 1998, when the web site at The Nuremberg Files was accused by implication by the Presidentress of Planned Parenthood, Gloria Feldt, of having advance knowledge of the assassination of Barnett Slepian, a New York State Abortionist. The publicity had extended into the new millennium when the web site was charged by Planned Parenthood in an Oregon lawsuit (Planned Parenthood of Willamette v. ACLA)that has changed the legal meaning of "True Threat" in American jurisprudence. That case kept the media and tens of millions of eyeballs focused on the "Visualize Abortionists on Trial" image. People by the tens of millions went to the web site because the web site stated emphatically that it wanted to hound abortionists and their supporters to death. That's why TIME magazine called the web site a "bloody and unapologetic call to arms for America's anti-abortion movement."
So why weren't we arrested? If the web site was so bloody, why is the Nuremberg Files still on the web at http://www.christiangallery.com/atrocity/ on 1/7/2011? Given the federal government's attention to the war on terror, why is the Nuremberg Files still around?
The answer is seen in what the Nuremberg Files called for, actually advocated. On the first page of the web site we read,
"Nuremberg Files Web Site Overview
A coalition of concerned citizens throughout the USA is cooperating in collecting dossiers on abortionists in anticipation that one day we may be able to hold them on trial for crimes against humanity.
Why This Must Be Done
One of the great tragedies of the Nuremberg trials of Nazis after WWII was that complete information and documented evidence had not been collected so many war criminals went free or were only found guilty of minor crimes.We do not want the same thing to happen when the day comes to charge abortionists with their crimes. We anticipate the day when these people will be charged in PERFECTLY LEGAL COURTS once the tide of this nation's opinion turns against the wanton slaughter of God's children (as it surely will) ."
Now I want you to consider how the slogan "Visualize Abortionists On Trial" is being used by the pro-life movement today so that you can see up close exactly how self-deception among American pro-life Christians has been the engine perpetuating legalized abortion for nearly four decades.
On January 6, 2011, Troy Newman, head of the pro-life organization Operation Rescue, sent an email to his mailing list. The email began, "A popular t-shirt often seen at abortion protests reads "Visualize Abortionists On Trial." Today, pro-life supporters no longer have to visualize this since abortionists who are breaking the law are being brought to justice like never before."
And what does Troy Newman mean by "being brought to justice like never before"? Has the Nuremberg Files goal of bringing abortionists to trial for crimes against humanity, exactly as was done with the original Nuremberg trials, come to pass?
"In fact," Troy says, "Operation Rescue has yet to find an abortionist who is in full legal compliance..."
I have known Troy Newman since the nineties. I have talked to him personally about the Nuremberg Files web site. Anybody who thinks Troy learned about the "Visualize Abortionists On Trial" from a girl's T-Shirt is just not trying to see the truth.
But truth, to Troy Newman, has always been a matter of his personal self-interest, with other people's self-interest at best a distant second.
For example, Troy Newman is the winner in the three way tug of war between Randall Terry, Flip Benham and Troy Newman shown below over the name "Operation Rescue".
Jonathan O'Toole created that image to show his disgust over the pro-life leaders' waging such battles over who owned some name while the babies were being ground up like sausages in the USA's legalized abortion. Troy Newman is the one wearing the cool shades.
Disgust is the only appropriate response to what the pro-life movement has morphed into since the days when people used to chain themselves, or glue themselves, to doors to keep people from going to butcher their babies.
What has the pro-life movement morphed into? A self-serving instrument of obfuscation and self-deception that is the absolute bedrock upon which the abortion industry in the USA lives and moves and has its being.
All you have to do to see the proof of my accusation is look at the way Troy Newman twisted the image from The Nuremberg Files.
(As an aside, if you haven't figured it out yet, what Newman is doing has incensed me more than I've been incensed in a lifetime of being incensed. I put my life and my family's lives at risk for years because I was spearheading the idea of bringing abortionists to the bar of justice, to murder trials, trials for violation of crimes against humanity, trials that would carry the death penalty--that's right, an ex post facto use of the American capital crime laws. And now Troy Newman is using the logo that was branded into the consciousness of tens of millions of people by the sheer risk of our lives to brag about, to crow over, bringing abortionists to "justice" who are not in "full legal compliance" with the law.)
Can you see what has happened? Troy Newman has become an inspector of the abortion industry. He has turned the pro-life movement into the legal compliance arm of the abortion industry. Do you see it? Troy is nothing more than a building inspector or a county inspector whose sole purpose is to make sure the law is enforced PROPERLY. And, what makes me want to puke is he is using my work to explain how he is doing a good thing. From being a movement that was supposed to abolish legalized abortion, Troy and his ilk have turned it into an instrument of American government to ensure that the abortion laws are implemented legally and he's using me to do it!
Troy Newman wants people to see him as a responsible Christian leader who is an example of what a godly Christian looks and acts like.
Sorry, Troy. Ain't gonna happen. Not if the God I serve has anything to do with it.
I'm going to tell people exactly why your brain could not bypass taking this swipe at me by reminding me not only how the Nuremberg Files has failed but how successful you have become at making yourself a pro-life leader.
There's a reason why you could not help bringing me and the Nuremberg Files logo into your story. You could not avoid doing something that would expose you to criticism from me because deep in your heart you suspect you might need to be punished for what you have been doing in the name of God. So, in spite of yourself, you couldn't avoid acting like the only time you had seen the "Visualize Abortionists On Trial" image was on the T-shirt of some girl at a pro-life rally.
I'm going to give you what you're asking for, Troy. I'm going to punish you with the truth.
You have become a building inspector for the abortion industry.
When you have these abortionists brought to trial, when you exercise your "justice", it's not to bring them to trial for murder against humanity, it is to bring them to trial for violating some building code or some municipal, county, or State violation that carries a financial slap on the wrist rather than the firing squad that they deserve.
You know you need to be punished Troy because you have been raised to the heights of pro-life leadership, yet you embody the kind of self-deception that has become the fundamental attribute of the pro-life movement in the USA. You are supported by your pro-life friends because they love how creative you are at hiding the fact that the pro-life movement that was created to abolish legalized abortion has become the building inspector FOR THE ABORTION INDUSTRY.
Scott Roeder shows the real deadly consequences of your actions Troy. While you hounded Tiller in Court after Court in Wichita, lawsuit after lawsuit, none of which had the power to slow Tiller's murder business down one person, Scott Roeder sat there watching you, thinking how how easy it would be, how do-able it would be, to stop Tiller...if somebody was willing to pay the price required to do it.
That's what you are really doing, Troy. You are inciting men of God who know little babies are being legally butchered around them to think the cowardly and complicit accommodation you have made with the abortion industry is the only alternative to terrorism that God has on His green earth.
Such men opt for terrorism Troy, whether they are Muslims, or Christians, or just frustrated pagans. Always have and always will. That's because Phineus lives today: there might not be many Phineus in the USA, but he's here.
But Phineus doesn't live in you, Troy. He doesn't even live on your block. He doesn't go to church with you. And he doesn't intend to.
But the Christian Phineuses like Scott Roeder or Paul Hill or Jim Kopp do intend to stop legalized abortion. And they know, if nobody else does, that bringing abortionists to "justice" for violating building or business codes or some other less than capital offense is not the way to bring either the fear of God or the anger of God to bear on this nation and the murderers who live here and who presently control the federal government of this nation.
I confess Troy that if God had not chosen me to embody a different response to legalized abortion than the Phineus in our midst, I would long ago have been removed from the ability to bring your perfidy to light. I am grateful I'm still here, grateful I have this opportunity to show you up for who you are. Even if I have failed in the purpose of the Nuremberg Files, I have succeeded in being here when you tried to usurp the logo of the Nuremberg Files and turn it to your self-serving, duplicitous ABORTION INDUSTRY purposes. And I pray I have succeeded in deterring others from following the path you have chosen for yourself. For truly, you have made yourself into An Example of How Pro-Life Self-Deceit Feeds On Unborn Babies and Our Nation.

PS: When all is said and done, I subscribe to the idea that anything that makes an abortionist unhappy in this world is worth doing, but never can be seen as an end in itself--that the end of the abortion abolition movement is the abolition of legalized abortion in the USA and the world.
